Massive hemobilia, an acute life-threatening condition, remains a diagnostic challenge in pediatric patients due to its rarity. In this study, the difficulties encountered in the diagnosis and treatment of acute massive hemobilia and acute obstructive jaundice in a three-year-old boy are discussed in the light of the Literature.
